Tours at Caño Island
Caño Island has a series of exceptional dive sites with different characteristics. The sites near the island present a topography of volcanic origin, which is home to the most diverse reefs in the country. Named as one of the best diving spots in Costa Rica, the Caño Island Biological Reserve is also home to a great variety of fish, whales and sharks.
During the dives, it is common to observe white-tip reef sharks, sea turtles, manta rays, seahorses, large schools of fish. Generally, from the boat, we can observe dolphins, turtles and, during migration season, spectacular humpback whales. The average annual visibility is 12 to 30 meters (40 to 100 ft), the average water temperature is 28°C (74°F).

Today was one of the best days of my life! We went diving at the magic isla del caño with the black tip divers crew. Everything was amazing, the guides are so friendly and knowledgeable, they truly made us feel safe, and insured we had fun at all times. I will definitely be diving with them again!
